What we do
There are three parts to it, and they build on each other.
- Local SEO. A site that loads, gets indexed and answers the questions customers ask, with links that make a small firm look established.
- Google Business Profile management. The profile that decides whether you appear in the map pack, kept accurate and active.
- AI search visibility (GEO). Making sure ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and similar tools describe you accurately and name you when customers ask.
Who does the work
Local Magnet is run by Michael Fielding. There is no account manager and no junior team behind the sales call. The person who audits your site is the person who does the work and writes your monthly report.
Where we are
We are based in Widnes, Cheshire (WA8), and work across the North West: Widnes, Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens, Runcorn, Chester and Northwich. The locations page shows which services we offer in each town. We do not claim offices we do not have.
What we publish, and what we will not
Every result on this site is real and checkable, or it is not published. Right now that means one anonymised case study, with the full comparison period shown. We do not invent statistics, borrow other agencies’ results or write fake client stories.
