I run Local Magnet from Widnes. There's no account team and no junior handling the work once you've signed — the person who audits your site is the person who does the work and writes the monthly report.
Local Magnet exists because most local SEO work gets sold by one person and delivered by someone else, cheaper, who never spoke to the client. I don't run it that way. Every audit, every rewritten page, every monthly report on this site is done by me, not handed off once the contract's signed.
