The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had the site formally audited against that standard, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- A “skip to content” link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Page language set, and headings used in order so the structure makes sense to assistive technology.
- Animations reduced for visitors who have turned on reduced motion in their device settings.
- Phone number and contact form available on every page, so there is more than one way to reach us.
Known limitations
Some interactive elements, such as the free tools, may not work perfectly with every screen reader. If you find anything that does not work for you, we want to know.
Tell us about a problem
If you cannot use part of this site, or need information in a different format, call 07932 237512 or use the contact form. We will reply and try to fix the problem or get you the information another way.
