How we work

How we work.

One senior person, a written plan, and a monthly report that says what moved, what did not, and why. Here is what working with us looks like, start to finish.

Most local SEO goes wrong in one of two ways. The work is never clearly defined, so nobody can say whether it happened. Or it is defined, but measured by numbers that have nothing to do with enquiries. Our process is built to avoid both.

1. A first conversation

We talk about your business: what you sell, where your customers are, which jobs you want more of, and what you have tried before. If we do not think we can help, or the numbers do not add up, we say so. The local SEO ROI calculator is a good way to check that before you call.

2. An audit before any promises

We look at your website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and listings, and what AI assistants currently say about you. We also look at who beats you for your most valuable searches, and why. You get the findings in plain English, ranked by impact.

3. A written plan

The plan sets out what we will do, in what order, and how we will measure it. It is tied to your services and your towns, not to a generic checklist. Measurement starts with enquiries: calls, forms and bookings.

4. Monthly work

Each month we work through the plan: technical fixes, page rewrites, Google Business Profile updates, reviews, links and local sources, and AI visibility work where it applies. The plan changes when the evidence says it should.

5. A monthly report you can check

One plain report: what we did, what moved, what did not and why, and what comes next. The figures come from your own Search Console, analytics and call tracking, so you can check every number yourself.

The terms

Our plans run on a 6-month commitment, because local SEO takes months to show results and the first weeks are mostly fixing foundations. Prices are on the pricing page. No VAT is charged.

What we will not do

  • Guarantee rankings or AI mentions. Nobody controls Google or ChatGPT, and anyone who promises a position is guessing.
  • Buy links in bulk or write fake reviews. Both put your business at risk and both break platform rules.
  • Hand your account to someone else. The person you speak to is the person doing the work.
  • Publish invented results. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

Tell us what you do and where.

We look at what Google and the AI assistants say about your business today, and give you a straight answer on whether we can help.
