Local Magnet is an SEO and AI-search agency. For the details you send through this website, we are the controller: the business that decides how they are used. Our address is Local Magnet, Dykin Close, Widnes, Cheshire.

What we collect
The only place this website collects information is the quote form. It asks for:
- your name
- your phone number
- what your business does and the area you cover
- an optional message
If you phone us instead, we may note down the details you give us so we can follow up.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who sees it
When you send the form, it goes through Formspree, a form service that receives the submission and emails it to us. Formspree acts on our behalf and is based in the United States, so your details may be processed outside the UK. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete your details after 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or analytics, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies.
